November is here. Can you even believe it? This is the month of thankfulness; although we should be this thankful year round.
I wanted to share some thankful prompts for you this month. I've got two different blog posts with 10 prompts for you to write about. YES... WRITE ABOUT.
*Importiant note: I will be doing this right along side you, so message me on socail media and we can share emotions and experiences!
If you're not into journaling, I suggest you give it a go anyway. Science shows that by writing something down you are more likely to remember nad actually benefit from it, than simply thinking it or even syaing it out loud.
I challenge you to pick 1-3 of the following topics and write about them in a journal, or even on a simple piece of paper.
BIGGER CHALLENGE: Do one a day for the rest of this month. The blog posts will fall about 10 days apart so when you finish post one, post two will be there waiting for you to continue!
Let's Get Started!!!
1: Did you get any pleasent surprises recently? What was it and who was involved?
2: What's something big or small you can do fro someone les fortunate than you?
3: What is your favorite song and how does it make you feel? Go listen to it!
4: What is one small step you can take towards overcoming a chalenge you currently face?
5: List something good that caught your attention today or this last week.
6: What is a nice thing someone did for you this week? Who was it? Bonus: What is a nice thing you did for someone this week? How did it make you feel?
